Returns and Exchanges
For hygiene and safety reasons, skincare products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return, subject to applicable law.
Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they receive:
A damaged product
The wrong product
A product that appears defective

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible. The processing time may depend on the payment provider.
Delivery charges may be non refundable, except where required by applicable law or where the error was caused by Cinamide Skin Center.
